Brought in through Cafe Imports, this lot comes from the Chichiquila municipality of Puebla, a high-elevation volcanic region in Eastern Mexico–an area that offers ideal microclimates for coffee cultivation. Though historically overlooked, it is now producing exceptional microlots from small farmers.  Heirloom coffee varietals are mainstays in the region, and we are excited to see how harvests here continue to progress in quality and notoriety.
