What is your refund policy?

All of our coffees are roasted and shipped to order, so we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase - if you have any issues, send us an email to hello@brewhifi.com within 15 days of your order and tell us about it - we’ll do what we can to make it right for you.



How will my order ship?

We ship via UPS and USPS Wednesday - Friday. These carriers also observe most national holidays, so that may affect shipping times.  Most orders ship via UPS. 



How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We roast to order. Your order will be produced and shipped within 1-2 business days. Times may vary due to delivery services, but we provide you with tracking info and support through our info line.



Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on any order $50 or more to the continental United States.


Do you ship to a PO Box?

Yes, you can enter a PO Box as your shipping destination at checkout.


Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, due to the uncertainty with tariffs and customs delays, we are only shipping within the continental united states.


When will my order ship?

We work to ship your coffee within about 24 to 48 hours of roasting it. We roast to order to ensure freshness. On average, you will receive your coffee at your doorstep within about 3-7 days after it is roasted.



How much does shipping cost?

A flat rate shipping fee of $6.00 will be added to all orders under $50. Any orders over $50 qualify for free shipping within the continental U.S.


Can I change or cancel my order before it has shipped?

Please reach out to us at hello@brewhifi.com with your order number and we will do what we can to make the change or to stop the order from being shipped.
