Established in 2025 by Everett and Carly, High Fidelity was born out of a few simple joys: a love for music, intertwined with vintage stereo systems, and a love for coffee and the stories behind it. With these joys comes a true appreciation and drive for quality.  Together we have 15 years of experience in the industry, ranging from holding down the bar as baristas, operating coffee carts, and heading up regional companies’ coffee roasting programs.  

This brand is a unification of profession and hobby, inspired by things we engage with every day and paying homage to the tactile experiences we encounter: Brewing a pourover, threading a reel of tape, dialing in the perfect shot of espresso, cueing up the first record after work. Simply put, we desire to source and roast coffees that add to those experiences.

At High Fidelity Coffee Roasters, we approach roasting with the same discipline an engineer brings to design a reference-grade sound system. Every batch is a study in signal-to-noise: smooth heat curves, stable airflow, and a focus on origin traits.  Always anchored on being accurate to the source, whether that source is an analog master tape or an heirloom green coffee.
