Sourced from the Kindeng Dry Mill in Papua New Guinea’s Jikawa province, this coffee is a blend of harvests from roughly 1,500 smallholders farming 1–2 hectare plots. Carefully processed and dried on raised beds for up to a month, it delivers a clean, consistent cup.  Kindeng Mill lots have proven to be an excellent entry point for natural-process coffees from Papua New Guinea.
